Sweets PERGALĖ SOSTINĖS CREAM & LIQUEUER
The legendary sweets SOSTINĖ made using a unique technology take up to 3 days to make. First, candy-shaped shells are formed in starch, then they are filled with a smooth filling of milk pomade and cream. As it sets, all this is topped with a layer of fragrant milky liqueur. The pre-shaped filling in a fragile shell is carefully covered with starch and left to ‘rest’ until the next day, when it will be covered with thick, mouth-watering chocolate and wrapped in a paper that preserves all the flavours of the sweet.

Ingredients: sugar syrup (sugar, water), dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (in different proportions: palm oil, shea butter), cocoa butter, emulsifiers: lecithins from soy, polyglycerol polyricinoleate; flavour), sweetened condensed milk, ethyl alcohol (3.6%), glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, cream powder (0.2%), stabiliser invertase, flavour, maize starch.
Dark chocolate mass contains not less than 43% dry cocoa solids. Dark chocolate mass with cocoa butter and other vegetable fats.
Storage: store in a dry place at the temperature of (18±3)°C.
